Catherine de la Poer is a leadership coach, with a 20+ year career in senior commercial roles, within the media and recruitment industries. She has extensive experience working in start-ups/ fast growth businesses and generating revenue and profit from scratch.
Catherine was part of the founding team for the multi-million dollar technology start-up, Vibrant Media. She was a key member of its global management team and enjoyed a successful 8-year tenure, growing the European and North American businesses.
