In this session, Robin Williams flip that question and use it to help business owners expose the weak points hiding in plain sight. The format is fast-paced, practical, and interactive. We'll walk you through a simple “ethical sabotage” framework. One you can use to uncover hidden risks that can quietly kill growth. To help spot issues before they turn into real problems.
This isn’t about technical “ethical hacking” or cybersecurity testing. Rather, it’s about ethically stress-testing your business model, operations, and growth plans. We’ll explore how to intentionally think like a saboteur. How to spot fragilities and turn them into clear priorities for action.
To make it practical, we'll also run a few live hot seats. We’ll “sabotage” a couple of volunteer businesses in real time, and identify the top 1-3 risks each one should tackle next.
