For Helm members (founderds) only
LinkedIn matters more than ever for founders and CEOs, but for most, it’s either ignored, overcomplicated, or resented.
This masterclass is for leaders who want LinkedIn to work for them, without turning it into another job.
This is a practical, discussion-led session focused on how founders and CEOs are actually using LinkedIn in 2026. What’s genuinely working now. What’s stopped working. And how to show up in a way that feels authentic, effective, and sustainable.
Rather than a slide-heavy workshop, this session is built around real examples, honest discussion, and a small number of clear frameworks you can apply immediately. The aim is clarity, knowing what to focus on, what to ignore, and how to approach LinkedIn with confidence rather than obligation.
The session will be facilitated by two members of the Shake Content team, a global leader in LinkedIn marketing.
The session will be hosted by James Farnfield, CEO of Shake, a founder and growth operator who has seen first-hand the gap between how LinkedIn is “meant” to be used and how it actually fits into the reality of building a company. He is joined by Shake’s CCO, Dani Markovits, who spent five years working with some of the biggest names on the platform — including Lewis Hamilton and CEOs of FTSE 100 companies — during his time at LinkedIn as Head of Creator, before joining Shake.
Drawing on their experience across startups and LinkedIn strategy, James and Dani will anchor the conversation in what genuinely works in the real world.
