Summary:
A breakfast workshop for founders who want to protect their health before problems appear.
Most high-performing leaders are walking around with early-stage metabolic or cardiovascular dysfunction and don’t know it. NHS blood tests miss the earliest warning signs entirely, meaning many issues only get diagnosed 10–15 years later, when they’re much harder to reverse.
In this practical, science-led breakfast session, you’ll learn the 7 critical biomarkers your GP doesn’t check but that reliably predict long-term health risks:
Expect a clear explanation of why these markers matter, what early dysfunction looks like in founders, and how to test and address them proactively.
Using case studies and simple frameworks, the workshop gives you a roadmap to take control of your long-term health, with or without specialist support.
Why attend:
Founders often optimise every part of their business except themselves. This session gives you the early data advantage your GP can’t provide, helping you protect your energy, longevity, and performance.
A nutrient-balanced breakfast is included as part of the educational experience.
