Summary:
Led by members, for members, who are experiencing or have experienced the same challenge.
Moving away from founder-led sales is one of the most important and uncomfortable shifts a growing business must make.
Early on, sales depend on your energy, your relationships, your ability to win trust. But as you scale, staying at the centre of every deal starts to limit the company’s potential.
In this Founder Huddle, you’ll join a group of peers who are actively navigating this transition. We’ll dig into what it takes to hire and enable sales leaders, when to step back (and when not to), and how to build a system that doesn’t rely on you to close.
Expect real stories, lessons from the trenches, and practical support from founders who have been in your shoes.
This is not a playbook — it’s a space for honest conversation about what it really takes to let go and grow.
What is a Founder Huddle?
- These are digital events (to make it easier to attend and quicker to make happen)
- For narrowly focused issues or opportunities: e.g. I need to fire a senior team member, what AI tools can help me make my business leaner?
- 60 minutes
- Those wishing to attend should make clear if able to contribute valuable experiences (giving) or just wanting to learn (getting) OR blend of both
- We’ll be using a notetaking AI so value is captured and summarised
- For those wanting to learn and share direct experience
- If popular, a max of 6 members per conversation
- It is a space for candid discussion, peer support, and practical insight from founders who are right there with you.
Founder Huddles are not for advisors or providers of services/consultancy to provide advice, unless previously agreed.
