About Martin McCourt
Martin McCourt is a highly respected business leader, strategist, and former CEO of Dyson. Throughout his 40-year career, he has worked at the heart of British-based manufacturing, design, and marketing, holding key positions at Mars, Duracell, Toshiba, and Pelikan.
As CEO of Dyson for 15 years, he led the company’s expansion from a UK-based brand into a global market leader, overseeing the establishment of Dyson subsidiaries in the USA, Japan, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. Under his leadership, Dyson’s revenue soared to £1 billion, and profits grew to over £300 million.
Recognized for his outstanding contributions to business, Martin was named UK Business Leader of the Year in 2010.

Cancellations: We kindly ask that members only sign up for events that they are certain they can attend. If you’re unable to attend an event, please contact the Events Team at least 7 days in advance, or as soon as possible in case of an emergency. If an emergency does happen, please reach out to your contacts in the Helm network and offer your place to them.
Remember, cancelling an event or not showing up means that another member may miss out on a unique opportunity, as well as there being a financial cost to Helm for the venue hire and staff time.
