For Helm Female Founders' ONLY!

Summary:

In a world that demands constant connectivity, female founders are under unique pressure to stay switched on—often at the expense of focus, energy, and wellbeing.

This breakfast will offer practical tools and strategies to help you intentionally disconnect, sharpen your creativity, and optimise productivity—without burning out.

What we’ll cover:

  • Tools to power down and disconnect in a hyperconnected world
  • The different types of rest—and how to use them to fuel energy and creativity
  • How to reflect on and reshape existing relationships to support your wellbeing
  • Setting clear boundaries—personally, professionally, and digitally—using the power of social awareness and communication

This session is designed to give you actionable strategies that support your success without compromising your health or clarity.

Ellie Turner Coughlin is a Keynote & TEDx Speaker, event host, founder, and relationship coach on a mission to reshape how we connect, collaborate, and lead. With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and business development—she has led high-impact partnerships for global brands like Patek Philippe, Fendi, and Sony.

Now, through her ventures Silent Break and Home of Connection, Ellie helps leaders and entrepreneurs foster deeper human connection—for creativity, wellbeing, and sustainable success.

Her talks, including “Reworking Networking” and “The Art of Connection,” challenge outdated norms and inspire more meaningful ways of engaging with teams, clients, and ourselves.
