Summary:

This in-person masterclass, ideal for your sales and marketing team is designed to help teams create and deliver powerful pitches for new products.

While teams often spend months building a great product, they rarely spend enough time thinking about how to present it.

This session will guide participants through a structured approach to crafting a compelling pitch and practicing its delivery for maximum impact.

By the end of the session, participants will have:

  • Understood the key stages of a sales process and how to move from pitch to close
  • Learned how to tailor their pitch to the specific needs of the target client
  • Refined and practiced a concise ‘elevator pitch’ that clearly defines the problem they solve
  • Selected and structured three core selling points to keep the message focused and persuasive
  • Developed a strong closing summary with clear next steps, and learned how to use pitch materials effectively

Meet the Expert:

The session will be led by Mark Ledwards, an executive coach with three decades of experience in finance and technology.

A former British Army instructor turned business leader, Mark has worked with global banks, stock exchanges, and professional services firms to help executives sharpen their communication, influence, and pitching skills.

His approach is direct, practical, and focused on helping teams present with confidence and clarity.
