Meet the Speaker
Damon is a Chartered Director and Chartered Marketer with a global career across business, government, and the charity sector.
He co-founded an international marketing services company, scaling it from startup to a successful AIM listing, and has since held numerous Chair and NED roles, including on the Institute of Directors’ main board.
Damon advises shareholders, directors, executives, and family offices internationally on leadership, strategy, governance, board performance, and long-term value creation. He also has extensive experience in M&A, family wealth advisory, and leadership development, including 20 years with Windsor Leadership at St George’s House, Windsor Castle.
