Summary:
This dinner is exclusively for Helm founders who are leading high-growth businesses. To join, your company should be generating over £5 million in revenue, have raised external funding, and be on a strong upward growth trajectory.

You’ll be joining a carefully selected group of peers for an evening designed to tackle the real challenges that come with scaling a business.

Each founder will bring one live issue to the table. It could be building your leadership team, navigating a fundraise, or finding balance between growth and culture.

You’ll leave with fresh insights, practical solutions, and a clear sense of your next steps!

You’ll also be expected to support others around the table with their challenges. This is Helm’s give and get philosophy in action.

There will be no panels, no pitching, and no passive listening. Just honest, high-trust conversation among founders who know what it takes to scale.

Cancellations:
We kindly ask that members only sign up for events that they are certain they can attend. If you’re unable to attend an event, please contact the Events Team at least 72 hours in advance, or as soon as possible in case of an emergency. If an emergency does happen, please reach out to your contacts in the Helm network and offer your place to them.

Remember, cancelling an event or not showing up means that another member may miss out on a unique opportunity, as well as there being a financial cost to Helm for the venue hire and staff time.
