Summary:
Some of the most valuable advice a founder will ever receive doesn't come from a consultant, a book, or a podcast.
It comes from another founder who has already been through the challenge you're facing.
Join a small group of fellow Helm members for an inspiring conversation, fresh perspectives, and practical problem-solving.
This isn't a networking lunch. Each founder will bring a real challenge, opportunity, or decision they're currently facing, and the group will work through it together, sharing practical insights, lessons learned, and fresh perspectives that often lead to unexpected breakthroughs.
Why Attend?
This is Helm's "give and get" philosophy at its best: founders helping founders tackle the challenges that matter most.
Meet the Speaker:
Adam Blomerley is a long-standing Helm member and former CEO of Quick Release, the specialist product data and engineering consultancy he helped scale from a small team into a global business of nearly 400 specialists, working with major organisations including Ford, Rivian and Rolls-Royce.
Adam joined Quick Release’s board in 2007 and played a central role in transforming the company from an automotive engineering resource provider into a global Product Data Management consultancy, overseeing strategy, business development, client relationships, recruitment and growth. The business was acquired by global engineering group ALTEN in 2019, with Adam continuing to lead Quick Release through its next phase of international expansion and integration.
His route into business was anything but conventional, spanning genetics, teaching, entertainment and sales before joining Quick Release. Along the way, he has built deep experience in scaling professional services businesses, developing high-performing teams, creating a strong company culture and helping some of the world’s most complex engineering organisations make better use of their data.
After more than 18 years with Quick Release, Adam stepped away from the business in 2026, bringing a wealth of first-hand experience around growth, leadership, acquisition and what comes next after building and scaling a successful company.
