Every founder works tirelessly to optimise their business yet the one asset that drives every decision they make is often overlooked: their own health.
In this interactive masterclass, Leon Almashan will explore how factors such as testosterone, sleep, stress and cardiovascular health influence energy, focus, resilience and long-term performance.
Drawing on years of clinical experience, he'll challenge common misconceptions around men's health and share practical, evidence-based strategies that founders can implement immediately.
Together, we'll explore three key pillars of high performance:
Through real clinical case studies, practical demonstrations, audience participation and interactive discussion, Leon will bring the science to life in an engaging and accessible way.
You'll leave with a practical framework to optimise your health, improve your performance, and identify potential problems before they become barriers to success.
