Meet the host:

Andreas Adamides is the CEO of Helm and a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years' experience building and scaling consumer and e-commerce businesses.

He founded Australia's first major e-commerce business, growing it by over 300% annually for seven years, reaching £10 million in revenue and expanding into 10 countries. He later founded FinluxDirect, achieving £30 million in turnover within two years, and Wileyfox, which became Europe's fastest-growing smartphone brand.

Andreas also founded Vector Watch, which was acquired by Fitbit and subsequently Google, and Maximum Hair, a wellness business that successfully expanded into three international markets.

Today, he combines his entrepreneurial experience with his passion for supporting founders, helping ambitious business leaders scale faster and build enduring companies through Helm.
