For Helm Founders ONLY!
Most leaders don’t lack confidence.
They struggle with the voice in their head, and what to say when it really matters.
This highly practical masterclass combines two critical leadership skills:
Led by renowned speech coach Susie Ashfield, this session goes beyond surface-level confidence. It gives you the tools to think clearly, speak directly, and lead effectively, especially under pressure.
Silence the inner critic
Identify and challenge the beliefs that fuel self-doubt, anxiety, and hesitation
Communicate with clarity and authority
Say what needs to be said, clearly, concisely, and without overthinking
Handle mistakes without damaging trust
Address issues directly, hold people accountable, and turn mistakes into moments of growth
Stay calm under pressure
Practical tools to manage nerves, control your response, and lead in high-stakes situations
Move conversations forward
Shift from frustration or avoidance to ownership, solutions, and decisive action
Build a culture of accountability
Create an environment where mistakes are addressed openly, not hidden
Whether it’s giving feedback, addressing mistakes, or speaking up in critical moments, the cost of unclear communication is high.
This session will help you show up with more clarity, more control, and more confidence, when it matters most.
