For many founders, reaching £2–5 million in revenue is only the beginning.
The next stage is often the hardest.
As businesses grow, founders build management teams, delegate responsibility, and expect the organisation to scale with them. Instead, decisions start flowing back up to the founder, accountability becomes blurred, and progress slows. The business isn't failing, but it's no longer moving at the pace it once did.
In this highly practical workshop, exited founder and executive coach James Johnson will share his No Excuses Framework, a proven system used by high-growth businesses to create accountability, improve execution, and build leadership teams that genuinely take ownership.
This isn't about theory. You'll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately with your management team.
