Join Helm and Buzzacott’s M&A team for an exclusive founder lunch exploring what the Autumn Budget could mean for the value of your business, your exit plans and ultimately how much you walk away with.
Whether an exit is two years away or ten, decisions made today around timing, structure and preparation can have a significant impact on the eventual outcome. We’ll cut through the noise of the Budget and focus on what actually matters to founders: Should you rethink when you sell? What could affect your valuation or proceeds? What should you be doing now to protect and maximise value? And what options should you be considering before you need to make a decision?
Expect a practical conversation with Buzzacott’s M&A experts, giving you a clearer understanding of the post-Budget landscape and the actions worth taking now to put yourself in the strongest possible position for whatever comes next.
