Fiona built and scaled her first company, Start Right, to a national operation before losing it almost overnight following the collapse of MG Rover. What followed was not retreat, but reinvention. Within a year, she was building again.
Since then, she has founded, grown, and sold two technology companies. Today, she invests in and supports startups as they scale and prepare for exit, while building new, disruptive platforms of her own.
Her approach is simple. She says what she sees.
Fiona has a rare ability to quickly identify what is working, what is not, and what needs to change, then drive that change through clear thinking and decisive leadership.

We kindly ask that members only sign up for events that they are certain they can attend. If you’re unable to attend an event, please contact the Events Team at least 7 days in advance, or as soon as possible in case of an emergency. If an emergency does happen, please reach out to your contacts in the Helm network and offer your place to them.
Remember, cancelling an event or not showing up means that another member may miss out on a unique opportunity, as well as there being a financial cost to Helm for the venue hire and staff time.
