For Helm members only!
Summary:
The hormonal changes of perimenopause don't just affect how you feel, they change how your body makes and stores energy, responds to stress, and recovers.
Over Breakfast, Sarah Bayliss, Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC, IFM-AFMCP), will walk you through what is happening hormonally, how declining oestrogen directly affects metabolism, weight, muscle and mood, how to measure sex hormones and stress using the DUTCH test, and what evidence-based steps make a real and lasting difference.
You'll also explore the role of stress, sleep and circadian biology and leave with a greater understanding of your own biology and where to start.
